Shipping Information
Processing times refer to the preparation of your package for the carrier and differ from the shipping times displayed at checkout.
Orders received by 12:00 PM (local time) will be processed the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders received after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day after you receive the order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification.
We are not liable for delivery delays due to force majeure or other causes outside of our control. However, our customer service is available to help resolve these issues.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimate
Free shipping is available for all orders of €150 or more. This offer is valid exclusively for products where the free shipping option is specifically indicated. For orders under €150, standard shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Return Policy
Return shipping costs are always the customer's responsibility.
To simplify the process, we can arrange for our trusted carrier to pick up the package from your specified address. In this case, the cost of the return shipping service will be deducted directly from the total refund for the canceled order.
In-Store Pick-Up and Local delivery
In-store pickup is only possible by appointment. We offer local delivery only in the municipalities of Montesilvano and Pescara (regardless of postal code). If you select local delivery for an unserved municipality, the delivery date is not valid. The order will still be processed within 3 business days, and the delivery date and shipping costs will be communicated to the buyer at the email address used for the order.
International Shipping
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer international shipping to destinations that can be selected at checkout. If you are unable to select a shipping method, please contact us at our email address to receive a personalized quote.
For shipments outside the European Union, you must provide your tax code for customs operations.
We currently do not ship to Ukraine and Russia.

How can I check the status of an order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number to check its status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.
If you do not receive your order within 3 days of the estimated delivery date on your shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@raggis.it with your name and order number, and we will conduct the necessary checks.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
