Information on shipments

Order processing times refer to the preparation of the package to be delivered to the carrier and differ from the shipping times displayed at check-out.

Orders received by 12:00 (local time) will be handled on the same day (excluding weekends and holidays); orders received after 12:00 will be handled on the next business day (excluding holidays) from receipt of the order confirmation email. When we ship your order, you will receive a notification.

In case of delay in delivery for reasons of force majeure or not attributable to the seller, nothing can be demanded/ owed by the seller himself. However, servizio clienti is available to resolve these issues.

Rates and estimates for domestic shipments

The shipping rates of the order will be calculated and displayed at check-out, according to the shipping method selected.

Pick up in store and Local delivery

The collection in the store is possible only by appointment. We carry out local delivery only in the municipalities of Montesilvano and Pescara (without distinction of CAP). In case you select the local delivery service for a municipality not served, the delivery date is not valid, the order will be processed within 3 working days and the delivery date and shipping costs will be communicated to the buyer at the email address used for the order. 

International shipments

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at check-out.

We offer international shipments to selected destinations at checkout. In case it is not possible to select the shipping method contact us at our mail address to receive a personalized quote.

For shipments outside the European Union it is mandatory to provide your tax code for customs operations.

We currently do not ship to Ukraine and Russia.

How can I check the status of an order?

When your order is shipped you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number that can be used to check its status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.

If you do not receive your order within 3 days of the estimated delivery date received with the shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@raggis.it specifying your name and order number and we will carry out the necessary checks.
