Returns and Refunds Policy
- General Return Conditions
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@raggis.it with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Damaged or Non-Conforming Items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it by sending an email to info@raggis.it. Be sure to include your order number and a photo that clearly shows the condition of the item and its packaging. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
- Product-Specific Policies
To ensure a fair and transparent experience, we have specific rules for the following product categories:
New or Used Spare Parts
Spare parts that you wish to return must be sent back:
- In their original, undamaged packaging, if one was provided.
- They must not have been mounted, used, or altered in any way. Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in the return being rejected.
Collectible Items
Collectible items must be returned in the exact same condition as they were received. This includes any original packaging, seals, or certificates of authenticity. The buyer is responsible for securely and professionally packaging the item to prevent any damage during transit. If the item arrives even partially damaged, the return will be rejected.
- Handling Non-Conforming and Rejected Returns
If a return does not meet the requirements specified in our policies upon inspection, it will be rejected. In such cases:
- No refund will be issued.
- The item will be held at our warehouse for a maximum of 15 business days.
- If the buyer wishes to have the rejected item returned, they must cover all shipping costs, which must be paid in advance.
- Refund Procedure
Once we have received your return and inspected the item's condition, we will issue the refund. This process may take a few business days.
The refund will be credited directly to the same payment method you used for the original order.
