Ferrari, Solido Ferrari Type 500 TRC die-cast metal model from around 1950 to 1960, ref. 103 1:43 scale.
The Ferrari 500 TRC is a car produced by the Italian car manufacturer Ferrari in 1957 in just 19 units, an evolution of the 500 TR and created to comply with the new regulations for participation in the World Sports Prototype Championship. The car is the last car produced by the prancing horse company to be equipped with the 4-cylinder in-line engine developed by Aurelio Lampredi. The Ferrari Type 500 TRC born for competitions and above all to defeat Maserati, cars that dominated the car races of that period, has never officially raced for Ferrari, has, however, taken part in sporting competitions in a "private" form such as when, for example, in 1957 the Ferrari Typoe 500 TRC driven by the Belgian driver Lucien Bianchi and the British driver George Harris finished in seventh place in the overall classic of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
