What is a NOS (New Old Stock) spare part, and why does it cost more than a reproduction? A NOS part is an original, period-correct component that was never installed, kept for decades in the warehouses of official dealerships and distribution networks. Unlike modern reproductions, it perfectly matches the original OEM code, with materials and finishes identical to the parts your car left the factory with. That's why NOS parts carry a premium: they're not copies — they're the real, untouched original.
How do I check if a part number is compatible with my Lancia, Autobianchi, Fiat, or Alfa Romeo? Every product page lists the original OEM part number along with compatible models and years, including cross-brand applications (for example, a Lancia Thema component that also fits the Fiat Croma). If you have the code of the part you need to replace, you can search it directly on our store; if you're unsure, message us on WhatsApp or email with photos and your vehicle's chassis details and we'll confirm compatibility together.
Do you still have original spare parts for models discontinued 20–30 years ago? Yes, that's our specialty. What's the difference between a new original part and a reconditioned one? A new original part (NOS or current production) has never been used.
